【銀座三越・個展振り返り】
2月に、銀座三越で個展をさせていただく機会に恵まれました。
作品は5点ご成約いただき、本当にありがたく思っています✨
15年来の旧友も足を運んでくれて、「頑張ってるんだなって思って、元気もらえた」というメッセージをもらい、それがとても心に沁みました。
その一方で、正直なところ、自分の未熟さもあり、思うところも山のようにあり、今回いただいたせっかくのチャンスを100%享受し活かしきれなかったという悔しさも残っています。
それでも、この2ヶ月、じっくりと向き合い続けて、ようやくこの経験を自分のなかで学びとして受け取れるところまで来ました。
「ニセコのアーティスト」と勝手に名乗り5年。ここまで来れたのも、皆さまのおかげです。そして、ちょっとさみしいけれど、Nashyとしての物語の「第一章」が静かに幕を閉じたように感じています・・・
第二章、どう展開していくのか、自分さえわかりませんが、次は日本画に挑戦しようと思っています🌸🇯🇵🎨
描く楽しさと同時に、作家として描くことの苦しさも知りました。
酸いも甘いも発酵させて、このクリエイティブの旅路を引き続き楽しみたいと思っています😌🌿

[Reflections on My Solo Exhibition at Ginza Mitsukoshi]
This past February, I had the opportunity to hold a solo exhibition at Ginza Mitsukoshi department store.
Five of my works found new homes, and I feel truly grateful.
An old friend from 15 years ago showed up and later sent me a message saying, “I could see how hard you’ve been working—it really gave me energy.” Those words touched me deeply.
At the same time, to be honest, I was also confronted with my own immaturity, and there were many things left to reflect on. I can’t help but feel a sense of frustration that I wasn’t able to fully embrace and make the most of such a precious opportunity.
Still, over these past two months, I’ve taken the time to sit with this experience, and I finally feel that I’ve been able to accept it as a meaningful lesson within myself.
It’s been five years since I started working as Nashy - a “digital artist from Niseko” - and have only made it this far thanks to all of your support. It’s bittersweet, but I sense that the first chapter of Nashy’s story has quietly come to a close…
As for Chapter Two, I don’t know yet where it will lead—but I’ve decided to take on the challenge of Nihonga (traditional Japanese painting) 🌸🇯🇵🎨
Alongside the joy of creating, I’ve also come to understand the struggles of being an artist. Embracing both the bitter and the sweet, I hope to continue enjoying this creative journey as it evolves😌🌿

⚫︎ Nashy 個展のお知らせ
昨年2025年に、銀座三越で開催されたグループ展「完全」では、光栄にも「銀座三越アートギャラリー・バイヤー賞」をいただきました。そのご縁から、Nashy個展「Sense of Wonder in Niseko — 驚きと発見の景色 —」の開催が実現しました。
本展では、Sense of Wonder in Niseko — 驚きと発見の景色 —をテーマに、ニセコで出会った、なんてことない日常の名もなき感動を表現した24点の作品を展示します。
⚫︎センス・オブ・ワンダーとは
自然の神秘や不思議さに出会い、驚き、時におののき、素直に心を動かされる感性のこと。
例えばそれは、「夢中でアリを追いかけている、子どものまなざし」のようなものだと思います。
海洋生物学者レイチェル・カーソンが提唱したこの言葉。
自らの著書『センス・オブ・ワンダー』では、「知ることは、感じることの半分も重要ではない」と述べ、頭で理解する前に、心で感じることの大切さを説いています。
センス・オブ・ワンダーは、私たち誰もが子どもの頃に持っていた大切な力であり、大人になった今、もう一度思い出したい、豊かな人生へのヒントでもあります。
